Join the team at Monte & Coe, Toronto’s leading luxury accessory brand, as we open the doors to our first-ever retail location in the historic Distillery District. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Associate with a passion for style, fashion craftsmanship, and customer experience to help us bring our brand to life in-store.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage customers with confidence, style, and product knowledge
– Drive sales through meaningful conversation and exceptional service
– Represent the Monte & Coe brand with pride and professionalism
– Keep the retail space visually merchandised, organized, and inviting
– Help build community and buzz through one-on-one interactions

What We’re Looking For:
– Previous retail or sales experience (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
– Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
– Self-motivated, dependable, and confident in closing a sale
– Interest in luxury goods, sustainability, and the Bon Vivant lifestyle
– Available for weekend and holiday shifts is a must
