We operate a growing ecommerce, wholesale, and corporate gifting business. Our team is the heartbeat of our success, and we're looking for a dynamic part time event staff to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Overview:

We are seeking part time event staff to help ensure the smooth execution of on-site gifting experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and tearing down event spaces, greeting and assisting guests, providing information, and supporting the event team in delivering an exceptional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and thrives on variety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy domestic and international travel required (must have a passport).
  • Assist in event set-up, setting up equipment, and organizing event materials.
  • Greet and guide guests, provide event-related information, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operating a hot embossing machine on leather goods.
  • Support event coordination by responding to guest needs and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning up and organizing event materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus, but not required.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
