Shipping
Monte & Coe ships internationally and offers complimentary shipping on all orders made within Canada and the United States.
It usually takes 3 to 6 business days in Canada and the United States and 6 to 10 for the rest of the world.
Express shipping options are available.
In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via customercare@monteandcoe.com
If you live outside Canada or the United States, you will be responsible for any applicable duty and VAT charges.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your product up to 30 days after receiving your order.
All items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange to be issued.
Proof of purchase, directly from Monte & Coe, must be provided.
Monogrammed items are not available for return or exchange.

Upon receiving your return we will assess the item and its condition. Once approved your return or exchange will be processed. This process will take approximately 3 to 6 business days from the date on which we receive your return,
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on monteandcoe.com and through authorized partnerships.
We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through monteandcoe.com. For products purchased outside of our website, please contact the original retailer you purchased from.
Warranty & Repairs
If your Monte & Coe has a functional defect and needs to be repaired or replaced please contact us
at customercar@monteandcoe.com or use the button below.
Our warranty covers functional issues. This includes - handles, straps, and hardware breaking. Wool and leather tearing.
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. This includes – scratches, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occurs during normal handling and use.
We cannot guarantee exact replacement of limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items. We guarantee that the replacement item will be of equal or greater retail value to your original purchase.
We make repair and replacement decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.
The typical turn around time on repairs is usually 1 to 2 months.
Shipping to have your item reviewed, repaired, or replaced will be at the customer's expense.
Monte & Coe will cover the costs associated with the repair or replacement.

Every Monte & Coe is handcrafted in Toronto or Montréal, Canada.
To ensure a pristine appearance, delicately brush away any dirt using a soft-bristled or suede brush. For spills, promptly absorb them using a clean, absorbent cloth. For non-water stains, use a dampened cloth and gently pat the area. Allow the item to air dry naturally after cleaning to maintain its integrity.
