We operate a growing ecommerce, wholesale, and corporate gifting business. Our team is the heartbeat of our success, and we're looking for a dynamic Logistics Specialist to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Job Overview:
As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that every order, gift, and package is handled with care and precision. You’ll be at the forefront of our fulfillment process, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and fulfill online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Carefully package and ship online orders, adhering to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Diligently count and receive incoming inventory, maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
- Carefully pack corporate gifting orders, paying attention to presentation and customization requests.
- Prepare and organize product, equipment, and supplies for corporate onsite gifting experiences and trade shows.
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to resolve any logistical challenges.
- Maintain inventory management systems for optimal organization and tracking.
- Assist in the development of logistics strategies to optimize shipping and handling processes.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with logistics and supply chain best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Google Workspace.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and move products and packages as needed.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
