Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your product up to 30 days after receiving your order.

All items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange to be issued.

Proof of purchase, directly from Monte & Coe, must be provided.

Monogrammed items are not available for return or exchange.

Grooming kits are not available for return or exchange due to sanitary reasons.

For international orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
